Final reflection (28 dec - 31 dec)
The project was useful to me as it teached me about planning my diet and how to have a healthy balanced diet. Planning out the project helped me alot and the project was fun as I recorded the food i ate and at the end of the week summarized and actually knew what i had ate for the week. I learned alot from the project.
